As far as my orgasm was concerned, well, the big finish occurred without the sleeve.  The silicone felt great, especially with a little lube applied. BUT the extra buzz provided by using the bullet alone was what I needed to get off.

I would recommend the Slinky Pinky for someone who likes small toys with the option to change it up a little bit.  However, i would recommend the RO-80 Chrome Bullet to everyone.  A bullet vibe is an essential and this is the one to have!
