Toys and Tease: Top 5 of 2009

Without further ado and in no particular order -

1. Do I really need to explain this Saturday Night Striptease favorite?  Take one look at this fiery bombshell and you will know why Blaze Starr was called the “Hottest Blaze Burlesque”!

2. The O2 Revolution by Tantus offered a little more in size than I usually require, but it quickly became a favorite in my toy collection.  It is made from 100% platinum grade silicone, is hypoallergenic, phthalates free, nonporous, easily sterilized, aesthetically pleasing and downright awesome!  It is perfect for those times when that fulfilled sensation is desired.

3. The Fantasy Swing was an awesome addition to my toy and furniture collection.  My boo and I have enjoyed using it quite a few times – it allows for fun and creative positions during hanky panky time and honestly it just fun to play on even with your clothes on.  It is incredibly sturdy and secure.  Hint: Hanging it from something that can support the load is a must!Layaspot Vibrating Massager

4. Fun Factory’s Layaspot is definitely my go to massager.  It is what I like to call fantastical – made from body friendly elastomed, it fits perfectly in the palm of your, has a satisfying range of vibration and rates a 10 on the orgasmatron 5000 meter.  While I feel that my love for this amazing little contraption would be best described through interpretive dance, I will simply quote myself.  “I’d like to give the geniuses at Fun Factory a bunch of kisses for this one.  Or make them cookies; ask for their hand in marriage or some such activity that would hopefully let them know that I love this toy from the absolute depths of my soul.”

5. Pink Silicone Lube.  I love this stuff!  I can’t use it with any of my beloved silicone toys, but it is perfect for toy free partnered play and intercourse.  It has to be reapplied far less often than water based lube, but still washes off fairly easily.  It makes everything silky smooth, soft and slippery without feeling thick and goopy (technical term).  It can almost be described as baby powder like.  Paraben and glycerin free, this stuff is made for women with even the most sensitive of naughty bits.  The classy glass bottle looks fabulous on my nightstand too.

That concludes my Top 5 of 2009.  It has been great year for toy testing and so much more.  I can only hope that 2010 will be equally as fantastic!  Happy New Year!

Product Review: Pink Silicone Lubricant For Women

Tuesday, October 27th, 2009

Pink Silicone Lube is absolutely fabulous!  It is everything it promises to be plus it comes in a super classy glass bottle. Pink Silicone Lubricant

Pink Silicone Lube is glycerin free and does not contain any parabens.  It clearly states on the bottle that it is hypoallergenic and it most certainly is!  I have incredibly sensitive EVERYTHING and at no time – during or after use – did I experience any irritation.  It doesn’t have a scent and has but the slightest bitter taste (hey, I tested it out so you wouldn’t have to).  It is not an oral lube, but if you so choose to get your oral sex on after applying this it would be totally bearable.

Pink Silicone Lube is ultra moisturizing.  I placed one pump on top of my right hand just before bed time.  I rubbed it over my skin and went to sleep.  When I woke up my hand was as soft as silk, especially compared to my left hand.  Yet another perk.

So it is hypoallergenic and makes your skin feel great, but what about its actual purpose?  Well, another A+.  As my Sex Toy Testing Assistant would describe it, “it’s like it’s not even there, but still makes everything smooth”.  That really is the best way to describe it.  It is incredibly light as it helps your body parts and naughty bits glide and slide in, on, over, under and out of everything they are supposed to.  It isn’t sticky at all.  It lasts once applied, but you don’t get that eww feeling on your hand that makes you not want to touch anything.  It washes off with ease.

The glass bottle is classy and feminine.  I love the way it looks just sitting on my night stand.  Not to mention, the pump rocks!  It makes it easy to control the amount of lube that you use.  There is no waist and no goopy mess.  One or two pumps is enough to get the party started and going for a while.

Pink Silicone Lubricant is made from Dimethicone, one the highest grades of silicone.  You know you are getting quality.  However, do not use this or any other silicone lube with silicone sex toys.  It will break them down and you will be very sad that your nice toy is no longer!

Pink Lube is formulated especially for women.  I highly recommend it to everyone, especially women with sensitive naughty bits who prefer a light lube.
