From packaging to pleasure, the Ella was exactly what I expected from Lelo and beyond.

The Ella, g-spot dildo, comes in an elegant black box and a little pouch for travel.  Presentation isn’t everything, but it certainly adds to the experience when using “erotic playthings”.  I felt like I was pampering myself; that same ahhh I’m about to get a manicure or massage feeling.   Don’t get me wrong, I would take the Ella over trimmed cuticles and painted nails any day.

Made from 100% silicone, Ella is phthalates free and body friendly in every sense of the word.  It is soft to the touch and when a bit of water based lube is added it feels divinely silky, plush and velvety all at the same time.  Even without the presence of vibration, it is perfect for a bit of external clitoral warm up before heading to the depths of g-spot joy.

I found this toy to be just the right size.  Since the g-spot is located less than a few inches inside of the vagina there is no need for a long cumbersome dildo.  With this being said, a little length is necessary for easy handling.  At 7 inches, my size requirements were met.  The oval head makes finding the g-spot a no brainer.  No searching, shifting or awkward hand gestures required.  Simply insert and enjoy.  Easy to operate and easy to reach orgasm, this decadent toy is among my favorites.

The Ella is a 2 in one toy in that the opposite end can be used as a traditional dildo.  I tested it out for the sake of the review.  Of course it works just fine as a means of traditional stimulation.  With that glorious g-spot end, I can’t imagine I’ll be using the traditional end for much more than a handle.  I have to add: the angled edge on the traditional end/handle lets you know which way is up.  Therefore you know where the surface of the g-spot head is.  During a frenzy of toe twitching and multiple orgasms things can get a bit slippery and knowing which way is up without having to look is useful!
