I’m pretty excited about the up coming indie flick, “Magic Mike”.  It is a film about male strippers in Tampa (my college town).  It is actually inspired by Channing Tatum’s (also playing main character) experience.  I’m sure there will be some dark moments in this flick, but I’m definitely looking forward to checking out the super hunky cast.  It’s going to be a thing a magic and wonder.  It’s going to be filled with the stuff that dreams are made of.  It’s going to star these hot dudes:

Joe Manganiello (hot wolf man from True Blood), Alex Pettyfer (some hot blonde I’ve never heard of but am sure as shit glad I have now), Matt Bomer (from the 2006 Texas Chainsaw Massacre), Matthew McConaughey (the man that will be hot until his last dying day) and Channing Tatum.

I don’t know about you, but I’ll definitely be spending $10 on THAT.

Johnny Depp turned 48 years old today.  He was hot in the Cry Baby days and he is hot today.

Burlesque has been bumping and grinding it’s way into the main stream for quite some time now.  What started as an underground resurgence now has a defined presence in pop culture.  Just about everywhere you go, unless you live in the sticks,  you can see the markings of the neo burly-q age.  From highway billboard pin-up girls to music video so and so’s performing the quintessential striptease in a martini glass, it’s everywhere.  Naturally, fashion is included  in “everywhere”.  Hell, you can buy corsets and garter belts at any teeny bopper store in the mall.

Pop star Christina Aguilera is STARRING in an upcoming movie called Burlesque.  There’s no denying it, the burly-q is here and if you haven’t heard, well that’s an awfully nice rock you’ve been living under.

Enough of my rant.  To prove my point, here is the spokes model for Perrier, the lovely Dita Von Teese.  If this isn’t enough Dita-Von Sparkling Water for you, go ahead and pick up a limited edition bottle or can of Perrier with her face on it.  Yes, I’m serious.  Google it.

I just wanted to post a little eye candy today.  I google image searched “hot guys”.  I passed up a pic of Brad Pit, not because I don’t want to bang him.  He’s just not what I’m in the mood for today.  I skipped over way-too-much-hair-product boy.  The trio of shirtless cuties didn’t quite make the cut.  The 4th picture in, featuring these two lovely gentlemen sharing an apple, spoke to me.
